To ensure this, we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance.
This will help us to offer the service to other clients and better organise our schedule.
Please come to your appointment early and enjoy our aromatic tea and delicious coffee completely free of charge for all our clients.
If you are late for your appointment, your appointment time may be reduced or your service may be refused.
If you have prepaid and do not turn up, you will not receive a refund.To avoid this - give us 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we are always ready to meet your needs and offer options.
If you have any difficulties with your visit, please contact us as early as possible and we will endeavour to find a convenient solution.
